Booking: Schedule one 30-minute Appointment each month on any available calendar appointment date/time for the duration of your active membership. Please note: Saturday appointments fill up quickly and are not offered every month.

Scheduling: It is your responsibility to schedule your monthly appointment using the link you will be provided in your confirmation email. Please check your email and save your link immediately following checkout.

Locked-In Monthly Appointment: You have the option to Lock-In a reoccurring appointment time on a specific weekday of every month.

Late - No Show - Rescheduling: It is your responsibility to show up to your appointment, and on time. If you show up late, you will have the remaining minutes for your session. If you do not show up, you forfeit that scheduled appointment. Please give a 24 hour notice when possible if you need to reschedule your monthly appointment. A minimum 1 hour notice is expected for emergency-related cancellations and may be rescheduled.

Cancelling your Membership: Your account will be set up to automatically withdraw on the same date every month as the original date of purchase. Please note, you may cancel your membership at any time; however, please give at least a 48 hour notice prior to your next automatic withdrawal date to cancel to avoid being charged again.

Example: If you purchased your membership on the 16th of the month, your monthly withdrawal date is the 16th, so you will need to cancel by the 14th of any month to avoid being charged for the next month's appointment.

NO REFUNDS or Carryovers: If for any reason you do not schedule an appointment (even if you forget) in any month during your membership, you forfeit that month's appointment. No refunds, no carry overs.
